Our mission is to decrease the trauma of homelessness and domestic violence; and to provide strength-based, family-family focused and culturally-appropriate prevention and intervention services to children, youth, parents, and families; and to increase the strength and effectiveness of HCN’s collaborative efforts.
Homeless Children's Network provides comprehensive on-site mental health, family support, community development and education, and early childhood mental health consultation services for homeless children, youth, and their families at emergency, domestic violence and transitional shelters, as well as single room occupancy hotels (SROs), schools, childcare centers, and permanent supportive housing sites.
