NCCAT provides interdisciplinary, topic-specific, residential seminars for pre–K through 12th-grade teachers focusing on early grades literacy and digital learning. NCCAT serves public school educators from all 100 counties in North Carolina, including all 115 school systems, charter schools, and 2 federal school systems. According to external evaluations, the NCCAT Beginning Teachers Program has demonstrated solid success in supporting beginning teachers, increasing their effectiveness, and retaining them in the profession.
