Thymly Products Inc. was founded in 1967 by Harry Muller-Thym, Sr. When Thymly Products Inc. first started they saw a need for specialized food and bakery blends. Since then Thymly Products has grown to cover all aspects of the food, and pharmaceutical industries. Thymly Products is well known for their ability to formulate food and bakery blends to meet the bakers needs, even if they do not know what is in the bakery mix. Thymly Products deals with all bakery sizes from the largest bakeries in the United States to the small mom and pops bakery and they have 41 years of knowledge of how these bakeries work. Thymly Products has seen four generations of their family serve the baking and pharmaceutical industries, and they are looking forward to continuing their proud past. Thymly Products has found its niche over the years of incorporating specialized food ingredient into a wide variety of baked goods. This can range from enzymes all the way to phosphates. Thymly Products can provide custom blends that can be formulated to meet the customer specifications. Custom blends often have no extra cost, but ease the bakers mind in knowing their mixer personnel only have to scale one ingredient rather than several. Thymly can also design a bakery mix or dough conditioner with safe gaurds making your batter or dough more tolerant. This also allows the baker to have tighter controls over their inventory which saves money come tax time. So when bakers talk to our sales team, we will listen to all of the baker's needs, ideas, and problems before suggesting a mix. We have often found that are standard mixes and dough conditioners will work, but for the same cost we can offer a mix that not only replaces their current but improves it.
