Jopwell is a career platform that helps Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals unlock opportunities for career advancement, not only when looking for a job but at all career stages.
Our mission is twofold: Make a substantial, measurable impact on increasing Black, Latinx, and Native American representation and facilitate a national dialogue about diversity in the workplace.

Launched by former Goldman Sachs employees Porter Braswell and Ryan Williams in Jan. 2015, the Jopwell platform empowers our community to learn, connect, and apply for professional opportunities while enabling America's leading companies to connect with and recruit top talent from the most historically underrepresented ethnic minority groups.
Leading companies across a range of industries (e.g. finance, technology, healthcare, sports, nonprofits, commerce, publishing, etc.) are actively recruiting on Jopwell.
