In short, we take old real estate concepts and make them much better. We believe in developing multi-use developments and hotel properties that will stand the test of time. We make a higher than average investment in our buildings, which supports our commitment to architectural quality. Even with a higher than average cost of construction, our return on equity consistently exceeds that of the competition We believe real estate is a long-term investment, and we know that we must be comfortable owning any property for a long period. Our track record demonstrates that we are not a merchant developer who "flips" developments after completion. We believe in creating a true partnership with each community we develop in. By working hand-in-hand with the local business and residential community, we build places that are specifically catered to the individual needs of the area. Our track record has shown that by "raising the bar" through a focused commitment to our targeted customer, we become successful, and our return on investment is substantially higher than industry standards.
