Campbells supply fresh meat, fish and deli produce to business customers all over Scotland, including many of Scotland's best restaurants, Nick Nairn's cook schools and numerous other Michelin Starred restaurants. The premises in Linlithgow is a butchers, fishmongers and delicatessen wholesale operation on a grand scale, with 65 vans delivering and collecting all over Scotland every day. We also have a website where customers can order many of the same products for next day delivery. Special chilled packaging is used and the produce is fresh - not frozen.
Our traditional butchers and fishmongers prepare orders in the longest running "A" Grade plant of the NACB (National Association of Catering Butchers) in Scotland. We have full E.C. Approval - Licence 1648 - for all products and, uniquely for Scotland, we have "A" Grade BRC accredited for both fresh meat and fish factory.
In addition to registration as an official Aberdeen Angus supplier, we are also proud to offer Campbells Gold Beef. As the largest purchaser of Scotch Beef and Lamb outside of the supermarket sector, we carefully select the best beef from Scottish abattoirs and mature according to our customers preference. We have instant total traceability to farm and feed.
Our fish is sourced daily and we are members of Caithness Fish Salesmen's Association, with a buyer in Scrabster ensuring the freshest Scottish landed fish possible.
