Donald L. Blount and Associates (DLBA) is an internationally-recognized naval architecture, marine engineering, and design services firm offering services for the research, alteration, and development and construction of state-of-the-art marine craft. The firm specializes in the concept, detail and production design, and testing and evaluation of new or modified vessels, in addition to the construction management and on-site technical oversight of manned and unmanned commercial, military and paramilitary vessels and custom and other production boats.
