We find and leverage a hotel's potential. Its story, its guest experiences, its operational efficiencies, and ultimately, its profitability. Because we believe there are two kinds of hotels: the unique and memorable, and the generic and forgettable. We create the former, sometimes even out of the raw material of the latter. Provenance Hotels is a full service hospitality development and management company that, over the course its evolution, has owned and managed up to 35 properties and created a collection of award-winning independent hotels. The current portfolio consists of ten properties, totaling nearly 2,500 rooms. Each property in the Provenance Hotels collection of urban lifestyle hotels boasts a distinct and deeply integrated art story and unique, welcoming amenities. We partner with visionaries, boundary pushers, tastemakers, dealmakers and rule breakers to create hotels and experiences that inspire and delight. Provenance Hotels include: - Hotel Max and Hotel Theodore in Seattle, Wash. - Hotel Murano in Tacoma, Wash. - Hotel deLuxe, Hotel Lucia, Sentinel, the Heathman Hotel and Dossier in Portland, Ore. - Hotel Preston in Nashville, Tenn. - The Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery in New Orleans, La.
