Former San Francisco Police Officer Joseph Shelley founded Legion in January of 2012. Mr. Shelley’s purpose for leaving the police department and forming Legion was his passion for training, his vision of a security organization that would raise the bar for all security companies, and to fill a void that he saw in the industry as a whole.
