Quavo is a software services company that was formed from our love of Pega and our passion to contribute to its potential. We implement Pega applications faster, cheaper and with more quality than anyone else on the planet. Quavo is focused primarily on financial services and Pega-based solutions for payment disputes, onboarding and case management. Our Fusion methodology and Reuse Accelerators allow customers to benefit from a Quantum Evolution in application development. That's why we created our company name Quavo from our goal of delivering a Quantum Evolution to each customer. We have a unique mixture of factors that goes into achieving our results: • We fuse deep domain expertise in financial services with deep technical expertise in Pega. We know the business problems we are automating. • Our source of new labor is recent college graduates in the USA. We have perfected a methodology that identifies the right talent and accelerates their training with real customer projects. They are able to base their core mental model on state of the art development tools, molding a path to Pega mastery. • We fix price implementations and bill by deliverable milestones. The customer knows the cost upfront, and we have full control of who we staff the project with and when they are needed. Both parties are motivated to complete the project vs. just put in time. • We are efficiency addicts. Doing the same work over and over wastes the customer's money, our staff's intellect, and project time. We have built a reuse strategy that evolves with each project. We carry a set of accelerators into each implementation that can achieve 2x to 5x efficiency gains.
