Entara is a new kind of IT Managed Services Company. In 2018, we rebranded as Entara because our company has grown and evolved far beyond its original roots. We continue to expertly provide traditional IT managed services, including best-in-class, 24x7, in-house help desk and infrastructure monitoring and management services, along with cloud migration, cybersecurity programs, and backup and recovery solutions. However, we are doubling down on making investments to better serve our clients into the future. Our IT Service Management platform, EntaraWorks, has an underlying ServiceNow foundation, allowing us to bring the value of business process automation into our clients' organizations easily and affordably using a single system of engagement, while also positioning our clients for easier future adoption of emerging technologies. We are continually evaluating new toolsets, selecting and integrating the best ones into our platform.
