Daily Racing Form wrote about Seabiscuit long before Laura Hillenbrand. Published by Daily Racing Form, LLC, the newspaper has been providing horse racing aficionados with odds, race results, and other in-depth information about the Sport of Kings since 1894. The paper is sold primarily at race tracks, off-track betting parlors, and newsstands; it also offers content to online subscribers. In addition to its newspaper, Daily Racing Form publishes books and provides news and gambling odds on other sports through its Web site. The company was formed in 1998 by publisher Steven Crist and Alpine Capital to purchase Daily Racing Form from Primedia.
