Word III CLU, RHU and Edward J. \"Rusty\" Brown Jr. to market and distribute health plans to California\'s brokerage community. The centerpiece of this new General Agency was a powerful new quoting engine, Quot-O-Matic, that enabled brokers and their clients to directly compare benefits and rates of several different carriers in one \"apples to apples\" proposal.
