1. Oversees the Company’s total operation, including design, marketing, promotion, delivery, and quality control of the Company’s products and services.
2. Financial, Tax, Risk and Facilities Management – Design, develop annual budget, planning annual revenue target, developing and revising relevant company policies and prudently managing the Company’s resources within those budget guidelines.
3. Human Resource Management – Decide on the number of employees according to the company business development, keep high performance of and recruiting appropriate intelligence to the management team, effectively manages the human resources of the Company
4. Community and Public Relations -- Assures the Company and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.
