The Company’s primary assets are the permitted and operating Jerritt Canyon processing plant and four gold mines located 50 miles north of Elko, Nevada. Since mining began at Jerritt Canyon, more than 8 million ounces of gold have been produced. Gold was first discovered there in 1972, with the first gold poured in 1981.
