Founded in 1981, SPARC's mission is to profoundly influence young people’s lives through exceptional performing arts education. We believe that every single young person in our community would benefit from SPARC programs. We are committed to improving the lives of every young person in the Richmond region through high-quality, culturally relevant, and innovative programming.
