Management and Supervision of; 14 direct reports, staff of 250, and diverse and extensive contracted services providing the utmost in member/guest care and upkeep of the community, meeting and exceeding the membership’s expiations. •Planning, Budgeting and Administration of an annual operations budget in excess of 25 million dollars. •Reduced overhead and operational expenses ($126,000 within my first 6 weeks on the job) though the execution of lean practices while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction. •Institution of a multiyear business plan within the scope of the existing budget projections to restore and enhance the facilities and amenities of the community to be competitive within a changing real estate market.
