Bonset America Corporation is a subsidiary of C.I. Kasei Company, Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan. The Greensboro plant represents the first U.S. venture by any Japanese heat-shrinkable film manufacturer. In ten years, the young company has captured the major market share in the U.S. for heat-shrinkable film, making it one of the largest producers in the world. Initial production began with PVC Film often used for labels on small containers and tamper evident sealing.
