Between 1998 and 2000, Integrity Graphics made many equipment upgrades. 1998 was an exciting time for us, as we needed to redirect our focus from the acquisition of Fox Press to upgrading file servers, workflows and RIP's, the heart of Desktop Publishing. We then began upgrading the bindery to improve the quality and speeds of the equipment. In January of 1999, we added a new Muller Martini saddle stitcher and 2 new MBO folders. In early 2000 we purchased a CREO Trendsetter to complete our digital workflow, which enabled us to produce digital plates. The latter part of 2000 was a time of excitement as we traded in our 6 color 28 inch Komori for a 6 color 40 inch Komori that has all the features such as automatic plate hangers and CIP 3 capabilities. In January of 2001 we began to operate under our legal name again, Integrity Graphics, Incorporated. In May of 2001, Integrity Graphics completed a 1.5-year project and successfully became ISO Certified through KPMG-QR. We believe that the efforts of completing such a task will not go unnoticed with regards to meeting the requirements of our customers. In the summer of 2002 Integrity Graphics acquired the assets of a Wallingford based Internet Company that specialized in Internet design and customized workflow applications. We decided to operate under the name of e-Integrity. We moved the operation to a modern location in Stratford, CT., that is better equipped to handle an Internet based operation. In June of 2003 we expanded the operation by coming to terms with Ken Saffir from Standard Printing; a 75 year old printing company in South Windsor CT. Ken brings 20 plus years of experience in the graphics industry to Integrity's staff. Ken became President of Standard in 1997, when he purchased the company from his father, Len Saffir who purchased the company from the founder, his father George A. Saffir, in 1961. As 2004 came to a close Integrity Graphics purchased the assets of BayData, Inc. of Wallingford, CT. BayData dedicated itself to customer service in the rapidly growing software and CD duplication industry. The management team at Integrity felt this was a great addition to its already diversified offerings. Integrity Graphics, Incorporated is committed to continued growth while remaining profitable through the hiring of quality people. We are focused on our philosophy of continually improving the quality of our products and our systems, remaining a leader in research and development, maintaining and continuously creating lasting relationships with our clients, vendors and our financial partners.
