Throughout our 40 year history, StratMar has conducted over 5 million Demo Days, over 6 million Merchandising Calls and tens of thousands of retail associate training visits. The company operates throughout the United States, Hawaii and Alaska in all classes of trade, with a network of over 15,000 representatives both through direct-hires and our field network. StratMar uses Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) throughout the country, each supervising and managing part-time local staffing to help ensure quality control. The quality of our performance is measured by product lift, and increased trial and awareness, not the number of retail days run. Our pursuit of this goal is reflected in our emphasis on proper and careful planning, preparation of detailed performance measurements, continuous monitoring and back-end reporting and analysis.
