Enercon provides emergency telephone service support on a 24 hour a day 7 days a week basis. This service provides the customer support personnel the needed help in an emergency situation to get back into operation. Enercon does not charge for this support as long as it is deemed by our staff that the condition is truly an emergency situation.
Same day service support, during normal work hours, is available for non-emergency assistance for questions pertaining to non-critical trouble shooting or operational concerns by our clients. A Call-in Parts ordering system is available and offers quick turn around on orders. Many of the most commonly requested items are available from our extensive parts inventory, and non-inventoried components can be expedited through our vendors. Enercon can also provide copies of service/maintenance manuals and drawings for our equipment.
