1928 Diagnostics offer easy-to-use bioinformatic analysis Software-as-a-Service of whole genome sequencing data for infection diagnostics and surveillance. 1928 Diagnostics combines cloud computing and automated bioinformatics into a cloud-based software, capable of handling the large datasets generated from whole genome sequencing machines. The raw data file is simply uploaded, directly from the sequencing machine, to our Software-as-a-Service platform, 1928D. In the platform the data is processed, searching for resistance genes and mutations, as well as typing analysis.
