When we opened the doors to our first Skillets in 1995, our mission was to serve healthier homemade breakfasts and lunches; and to serve this tasty fare to our guests with cheery, friendly efficiency. At Skillets, we cook with the finest ingredients and create our delicious food from scratch, cutting no corners. We are proud of our amazing team of dedicated professionals, many who have been with us from the beginning. Born and raised in Naples, Skillets is proud to announce the opening of our eighth location, our first for Ft. Myers. We want to be YOUR restaurant choice for superb daytime dining. The trick to our great food is no secret. We simply cook with the finest ingredients money can buy, make everything on our menu from scratch and cut no corners. What gets the raves? Our thick cut smokehouse bacon. Our incredible, enormous sourdough waffle. Freshly squeezed orange juice served in frosty beer mugs. Ethereal egg white omelettes that literally float off the plate. Nutritious, yet fluffy whole wheat pancakes. Homemade bread, baked daily in our hearth ovens. Tender crepes, Chicago style blintzes, panini’s griddled with rosemary herb bread. Mountains of fresh fruit. Truly old fashioned, thick, slow cooked oatmeal porridge. Freshly roasted and brewed Guatemalan coffee direct from the plantation.
