TechLaw practices environmental consulting that meaningfully engages community stakeholders from the onset of a project. We provide a liaison between communities and government, seek opportunities for public input, and identify solutions to environmental justice issues that incorporate public participation and benefit communities. Our staff includes legal and environmental experts, a former EPA program manager, community organizers, and a social worker specializing in public policy. This diverse team allows TechLaw the unique approach of integrating public participation, environmental remediation and community self-determination, while keeping environmental, social, and economic justice at the forefront of our efforts.
