In addition, we also offer technical support, equipment repair, and network design/management. Helpdesk and emergency support are available 24/7 and over 13,000 trouble tickets have been logged in the ticket-tracking database Odie. ESU 10's highly trained technology staff can assist with wiring issues, advise on matters of networking, hardware and software procurement and help with service issues related to network management.
