Dayspring offers both physical education and team sports at all levels, some of which compete with other Christian or public school teams. We feel that sports and mentorship of coach to player provide a wonderful opportunity to build character by teaching teamwork, goal setting, delayed gratification, giving your best, and self-control (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, and gentleness - the fruits of the Spirit).
