The Windgap Foundation was founded 65 years ago as a not-for-profit organisation to provide schooling to children with intellectual disabilities.
Today, Windgap provides fundamental programs, services and continued learning to foster independence, life skills, fun and empowerment for adults with intellectual disabilities. These include:

Windgap's Customer Care and Advocacy team is a new Capacity Building business unit of The Windgap Foundation, dedicated to empowering, promoting and advocating for the independence and human rights of people with disabilities within the community.
Customer Care and Advocacy team manage, coordinate and support around 300 participants and their family to achieve their NDIS goals and aspirations in:
