In 1901, Christian F. Kunzler, a German immigrant, invested his life savings of $700 and began making sausage in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. From the very beginning, Christian Kunzler insisted on using only the finest quality ingredients in all of his meat products, never settling for second best.
More than a century later, his legacy of insistence on quality and excellence continues as the company is managed by the third and fourth generations of the Kunzler family.
