Intercap Lending, with corporate offices located in Irvine, California, is a Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie mae seller/servicer/issuer. Less than 1% of all lenders nationwide have these three investor approvals. Our current originators felt that these approvals were a necessity when they decided to partner with us.
