During our 30 years of experience, America's Home Place has developed a system of site meetings and pre-construction meetings prior to beginning construction. This assures you that you are getting what you expect in your new home. You will work directly with your building superintendent. Every stage of construction is checked by our Superintendent to assure you that our rigid quality standards are being met. Approximately two weeks prior to occupancy, we make a thorough inspection to identify all items of a minor nature, which should be corrected.
