Cypress Gulf is a full service site development company with offices in Tampa and Orlando offering all facets of site work, land clearing, earthwork, underground utilities, base, paving, curb and environmental development. CG has experience in working on both small and large, industrial, commercial, multifamily and residential projects, having completed over 400 projects during the past 15 years. CG has the expertise, manpower, equipment, and financial resources to take on any project in the Tampa Bay area with over 225 employees and $25,000,000 in bonding capacity. CG operates 4 recycled materials yards offering dirt, crushed concrete roadbase and stabilizer for use on CG projects throughout Tampa Bay and Orlando. To date, CG has recycled in excess of 2,000,000 tons of concrete debris that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill.
