Ally Construction Services, LLC (ACS) was established to continue providing construction management services in the wake of a prior commercial construction company's decision to exit the construction management business. John Piekarski, President of ACS, and his team operate in offices located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With over 30 years of construction management experience, and approximately 100 active projects, the team includes construction managers, estimators, superintendents and administrative support personnel. ACS became a diversity vendor in 2017 as a verified Veteran Owned Small Business with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. In 2018, ACS became certified as a Veteran Owned Business by the National Veteran Business Development Council. Areas of commercial industry expertise include pharmaceutical, healthcare, hospitality, institutional, retail, corporate office/campus and historic renovation.
