XOtech is a Veteran-owned small business. It started over 5 years ago as the Logistics System Division of an Atlanta-based consulting company. In response to customer requirements, this division developed unique software products for the government finance and logistics sectors. The continuing success of the software product development led to the Logistics System Division becoming a separate company, XOtech, on September 1, 2002. Operating as a sole entity, XOtech continued its work of providing technology solutions to government and commercial customers. XOtech soon became a worldwide enterprise-consulting company combining Defense-spec capabilities with the attitude and speed of a small business.
