To attain the highest standards in the area of order fulfillment, COFCO has always made substantial investments in all of the key resources required to expertly handle our logistical challenges. First and foremost, effectively staffing our team with highly skilled support personnel has been a key to our success. Most of our key people have over 10 years of industry experience. These individuals are the very best in their respective fields. COFCO-owned warehousing and trucking gives our dealership the control we need to handle our projects and to deal with unexpected situations or emergencies in the most timely and efficient manner. COFCO is set up to respond quickly and to deal with schedule changes that are characteristic in our industry. COFCO can safely stage or store large quantities of furniture in-house when necessary. Our distribution center, located just north of Center City Philadelphia, is an outstanding facility providing over 125,000 square feet of warehouse space. Company delivery and service trucks are stored indoors in a climate-controlled and secure environment. These vehicles are loaded the night before and are on the road early to insure on-time deliveries. We also staff our Operations Department, located at our Distribution Center, with strong individuals whose important responsibilities are to make sure our facilities, trucks and manpower are best utilized for the benefit of our clients. They are in constant contact with our sales, design and support personnel at our branches and also with our field project managers. This infrastructure provides important "COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION", which makes our logistical efforts productive and successful.
