The Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies is a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal focusing on the intersections of global and domestic legal regimes, markets, politics, technologies, and cultures. In this sense, IJGLS focuses on the ways transnational law shapes and is shaped by the circumstances of its development, application, interpretation and contestation in a wide variety of contexts – some of them transcending national borders.
