COCM (Capstone On-Campus Management) has a unique focus on providing student housing management and consulting services for non-profit owners -- the majority of which is located directly on a campus. We currently manage over 33,000 beds of student housing at 38 campuses -- reflecting over $1.6 billion in assets.
