Maple Street Biscuit Company was started by Scott Moore and Gus Evans in Jacksonville, Florida. They opened their doors on November 8, 2012 to a community with open arms and hungry tummies. Maple Street wasn't just out to make a profit. It was out to make a difference and be a part of the community.
