Grandma's House of Hope is a 24-month Transitional Housing Program which provides a wide-range of supportive services with the goal of self sufficiency. The program provides services to women who are "uniquely challenged," including victims of Human Trafficking, women who have become homeless due to breast cancer, and other "invisible populations." The mission of Grandma's House of hope is to provide compassionate and uplifting transitional care for women in crisis and hungry children in Orange County.
