Our President, Rex Kirby, ran the southeastern division for a national contractor and grew them from a struggling division to a $400+ million annual powerhouse. Along the way, he learned what worked and what didn't. He took those collective experiences, listened to industry associates, weaved in his own beliefs, and created Verdex's best practices as the foundation for Verdex's philosophies, processes and procedures.

Projects are piling up and the concept of a construction partner seems to be disappearing, particularly in the arena of providing a true preconstruction effort in order to set a project up for success.
