For many years, users of conveyor systems in Southern Indiana had to call out of state companies to vulcanize splice most of their belts. The result was problems ranging from crooked splices to splices that simply pulled apart without any warranty. Seeing an opportunity to offer better service to these customers, late in 1991 Bill and Jeff Russell formed the company Belt Tech Industrial to serve the needs of the expanding coal and power producing companies in the area.Belt Tech Industries Address
