We are a privately-held commercial real estate investment company, in business for over 60 years. Our principal activities are the acquisition, ownership, and management of free-standing commercial properties across the United States and Canada. We are a family business that has been owned continuously, with our third generation now actively involved in our operations and management. Most of our properties comprise of single-tenant retail properties as well as both single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial properties.
