Minnesota Limited, Inc. is a family-owned and operated construction business. The corporation was founded by Reuben T. Leines in April 1966. Mr. Leines, who is a World War II veteran and graduate of the University of Minnesota in engineering, initially became acquainted with the pipeline business as an engineer and construction superintendent for Williams Brothers Construction Company during the 1950's and early 1960's. Minnesota Limited Inc. initial project involved installation of a gas distribution system in Redwood Falls, MN for Great Plains Natural Gas Company. From that point, the company continued to install gas distribution systems throughout the Midwest; and later branched out to provide services to the petroleum and refined products industry. During the 1970's, Minnesota Limited, Inc. continued working on pipeline jobs, distribution projects, refinery piping, road boring, and pumping stations; thereby gaining more knowledge and experience that would comprise the sound foundation on which the corporation would be built. Some of Minnesota Limited, Inc.'s clients in the evolutionary years included Minnegasco, Inc., Northern States Power Company, Koch Refining Company, and Minnesota Pipeline Company. These companies figured prominently in the development of the young corporation and still remain valued customers today. Throughout the 1980's and 1990's, Minnesota Limited, Inc. embarked on a controlled and sustained growth pattern, which has resulted in increased volume, a broadened client base, an expanded fleet of company-owned equipment, and most importantly an accumulation of highly- skilled productive employees. Recently, Minnesota Limited, Inc. has successfully completed projects on natural gas, crude oil, refined products and hydrocarbon pipelines and facilities. We have constructed major cross-country pipelines, pumping and compressor stations, gas distribution systems, tank farms, terminal and refinery projects, in addition to completing in excess of 10,000 miles of hydrostatic testing and repair work throughout the United States. Today, Minnesota Limited, Inc. has forged a sound position within the petroleum and natural gas industry as a leader in such areas as safety, quality, and innovation.
