We are driven by and passionate about science and helping researchers around the world streamline their data analysis. Our small team brings together two missions (1) providing the best customer and technical support in any industry to build long-term relationships with researchers and (2) designing and building tools to help researchers make discoveries to improve human and animal health. We are a group of creative thinkers and value our rewarding work and relationships as well as self-motivation, critical thinking, constructive skepticism, and the tenacity to get the job done. For over 17 years, the team at FlowJo, LLC has contributed to critical advances in medicine and life science through our flagship software FlowJo, a powerful and user-friendly analysis program for flow cytometry and single-cell analysis. Flow cytometry is a critical tool in advances in our understanding and diagnosis of critical diseases including cancer, HIV, and infectious diseases. Cytometry is a technique which allows the simultaneous measurement of many characteristics of individual cells at several thousand cells per second, and our work revolves around the science of single cells. FlowJo is widely accepted as the most sophisticated and powerful analysis tool in the field for the management, display, manipulation, analysis and publication of the large data stream produced by flow and mass cytometers. Community and wellness are critical in meeting our mission and commitment every day. One mile from our headquarters in Ashland, Oregon we have access to miles of trails on which to hike and run, several national forests, lakes, and rivers. We are part of a CSA (community supported agriculture) and enjoy fresh produce deliveries at work.
