I am an Immigration Attorney based in Silicon Valley, California. I handle complex Employment, Business, Investment, Family and related immigration matters. I have successfully represented several individual & corporate clients in diverse immigration matters and have handled some of the most difficult immigration cases across nation. I never forget that I am an immigrant, who came to the United States as an F-1 student and had to navigate the entire immigration process myself when all the odds were stacked against me. Therefore, it’s not just business. It's personal. I have assisted hundreds of clients in some of the most challenging immigration cases, where they were facing very complex issues like unlawful presence, out of status, deportation, inadmissibility, 3/10-year bar, criminal convictions with severe immigration consequences.
