Costello, Jr. is a native San Franciscan who received his J.D. degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He earned his license as a real estate broker and founded Hill & Co. in 1956. His son, Jay Costello is the president. Hill & Company has five offices ; two on Union Street in Pacific Heights, one on Lombard Street in the Marina, one in Noe Valley on 24th Street, and one in Marin County. We have more than 100 sales and rental agents, property managers, and support staff. The majority of our agents have made their careers in San Francisco, and share the company's focus on local, residential real estate.
