Metal Shark LLC was founded in 2005 by American Marine Holdings LLC and Gravois Aluminum Boats LLC. In 2006, the Gravois family purchased the remaining portion of Metal Shark. Now a stand-alone entity, Metal Shark LLC continues to grow its capabilities.
