While Pro Software may have launched quietly in January 2020, that is not where the story begins. Pro Software started in late 2017 as an in-house software solution for a privately owned PEO/ASO that had been in the industry for 17 years. After spending several years looking for, and not finding, a quality solution for its combined PEO/ASO business, they decided it was time to develop their own. After significant R&D, and millions of dollars of investment, that PEO/ASO launched Pro Software in the Spring of 2019 for its own use.
