TrueRev addresses the high (hidden) costs to process a single subscription, communication gaps between sales, sales operations, finance and non-finance employees, excess manual data input, and a lack of a comprehensive, single source of truth for company revenue. Most companies are using disparate systems to manage their subscription processes. They may have one system for sales order management, another for invoice processing, and various systems hacked together for revenue management and reporting. There’s no guarantee these systems communicate with each other and often require a data entry component for each.
