We’re Active Nation, a registered charity committed to persuading the nation to be active.\n \nOur mission is driven by poignant and powerful statistics… 50% of women and 30% of men in the UK are damaging their health through a lack of physical activity. Physical inactivity is now associated to 1 in 6 deaths in the UK.\n \nWe exist to spread the word of sport and exercise in all its forms, getting whole communities excited and opening their eyes to the health benefits and possibilities leading an active lifestyle can bring.
