What we do and how we work is distinctly DDA; a leveraging of artistic ingenuity and business acumen. Our purpose is to design experiences that are recognized for their styles and proven by their profitability; engaging spaces that come to life through design. Each property becomes its own signature. We explore the underlying currents, the psyche of a hotel that makes it its own personality. Then we bring the personality out, which brings the guests in. We understand, as do our clients, that a signature hotel that resonates and engages the guests on an emotional level, positively drives ROI. Our own mantra is that “great design is great for business.†Established in 1987 by Andrea Dawson Sheehan, we have an experienced, proven track record of projects that are often published and always talked about.
